Welcome to Hadeel Medical

Your trusted manufacturer of laboratory consumables in Saudi Arabia

Molds

At Hadeel Medical, our molds are Swiss-made, reflecting the highest standards of precision engineering in medical manufacturing. Each mold is designed and manufactured to achieve extremely tight dimensional tolerances, smooth and consistent surface finishes, and long operational life under high-cycle production. This precision is critical for laboratory consumables, where even minor dimensional variations can affect performance, sealing integrity, or equipment compatibility. The use of high-quality Swiss tooling allows us to maintain excellent repeatability, minimize defects, and ensure stable product quality across all production batches.

Automation

Our production facilities are equipped with German automation systems that play a central role in maintaining efficiency, consistency, and quality control. Automated material handling, part removal, inspection, and packaging significantly reduce human contact with products, lowering the risk of contamination and variability. These systems also enhance process traceability and operational reliability, enabling continuous, controlled production while meeting the strict requirements of medical and laboratory environments.

Injection Molding

Injection molding at HAdeel Medical is carried out using Austrian injection molding machines (IMM), recognized globally for their precision, repeatability, and process stability. These machines allow accurate control of critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time, which is essential when working with medical-grade polymers. The result is high-volume production of components with uniform wall thickness, excellent structural integrity, and consistent performance, ensuring full compatibility with standard laboratory instruments and workflows.
